Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) Deputy Director General for Operations Lt Gen Rozzano D Briguez AFP (Ret) spoke about how the Universal Safety Oversight Audit Programme – Continuous Monitoring Approach (USOAP-CMA) workshop supports the Authority’s preparations for next year’s full-scope USOAP audit.
He stressed the importance of meeting international standards, avoiding any safety concerns, and learning from the experiences of partner civil aviation authorities. He also shared how the sessions helped reinforce the value of understanding our current standing and the work needed moving forward.
