Edda M. Lamarca emphasized why preparing for the USOAP audit matters, especially as the Philippines works to strengthen its aviation oversight system.
She explained how ICAO’s standards guide the work of every civil aviation authority and why workshops like the USOAP-CMA help CAAP understand the key areas to focus on for the 2026 audit.
