A CAAP employee once again proved that, despite the noise of the world, goodness will still triumph.

On 15 July 2025, San Jose Airport Facility Cleaner Virgilio Jimenez found a lost black wallet while on duty at the airport’s arrival area.

Without hesitation, Mr. Jimenez turned over the item to the airport’s Security and Intelligence Service (CSIS) office so it may be returned to its rightful owner. The wallet contained identification and bank cards as well as cash amounting to Php 2,800.00.

A few hours later, after verifying the identity of the owner who arrived to claim the item, the lost black wallet was finally returned to its owner.

The honorable action by Mr. Jimenez is a demonstration of the high standard of integrity and service CAAP and its employees provide to the public, and reflects the Marcos administration’s belief that every Filipino deserves to feel safe in every corner of our nation.

Thank you for your honesty and integrity, Mr. Jimenez!
