πππππππ ππππππππππ: DOTr-CAAP strengthening regional airport development one airport inspection at a time 
First stop: Iloilo International Airport! 
Led by Department of Transportation – Philippines Secretary Vince Dizon, CAAP Director General LTGEN Raul Del Rosario AFP (Ret), Undersecretary for Aviation and Airports Capt. Jim Sydiongco, Deputy Director General for Administration Atty. Danjun Lucas, and other officials under DOTr and its attached agencies visited and inspected the Iloilo International Airport today, 8 March 2025.
This visit is in line with Sec. Dizon’s commitment to advancing the development of regional airports to improve accessibility and enhance air travel in key regions.
During the trip, the DOTr-CAAP team also met with the local government units (LGU) of Iloilo, discussing initiatives and collaborative efforts to ensure the continued growth and modernization of these vital transportation hubs.
