Pasay City — The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) has distributed Malasakit Help Kits across all CAAP-operated airports to provide additional comfort and assistance to travelers for Undas 2025 on Friday, October 30.

CAAP-operated airports, including Zamboanga International Airport, Pagadian Airport, Tacloban Airport, Calbayog Airport, Catarman Airport, Borongan Airport, Laoag International Airport, Roxas Airport, Bacolod-Silay Airport, Ozamiz Airport, and Siquijor Airport have begun the rollout of the Malasakit Help Kits to departing and arriving passengers.

Each kit contains essential items such as bottled water, snacks, and alcohol. Flashlights and whistles are also being distributed.

In addition, Malasakit Help desk have been set up in all airports to provide on-ground assistance and respond to passenger needs.

Airport security personnel remain on heightened alert to maintain order and ensure the safety of travelers, while medical teams are on standby to provide immediate care in case of emergencies.

“We continue to closely monitor airport operations to ensure that every passenger experiences a smooth, safe, and convenient journey during this busy travel period,” said CAAP Director General Retired Lt. Gen. Raul Del Rosario.

These initiatives form part of CAAP’s continuing efforts to deliver efficient, safe, and passenger-centered aviation services, in line with the directives of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. and Acting Transportation Secretary Giovanni Lopez.
