Meet our learners! 13 CAAP instructors successfully completed and participated in the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Training Instructors Course held at the Civil Aviation Training Center (CATC) from 4-8 May 2026.
Led by Capt. Mostafa Hoummady, the participants learned to master course preparation procedures, classroom instruction techniques, the evaluation of training sessions, and the overall execution of competency-based courses in a classroom, all in line with the ICAO Adapted Instructor Competency Model
This course equips our instructors with the skills to train the next generation of aviation professionals.
Together with the ICAO, the Philippines will continue to raise the bar on aviation training!
