As Chief of the Oversight Support Unit of ICAO – Air Navigation Bureau’s Safety and Air Navigation Oversight Audit Section, Jerome Guevin emphasized how workshops like the Universal Safety Oversight Audit Programme – Continuous Monitoring Approach (USOAP-CMA) help ICAO understand how States are progressing in their safety oversight functions.
He noted that the Philippines’ active participation throughout the three-day sessions held from November 17-19, 2025 reflects the country’s strong commitment to meeting international safety standards.
