On 11-12 December 2025, CAAP hosted a comprehensive two-day Electronic Terrain and Obstacle Data (eTOD) Training Workshop at the Civil Aviation Training Center (CATC) (Day1) and Air Traffic Management Center (ATMC) (Day 2).

The workshop was conducted by the Authority’s eTOD Supplier, Geospectrum–RAJ Consortium in partnership with NTT Data Japan, and led by Mr. Dejan Damjanovic, one of the world’s foremost experts in Aeronautical Information Management (AIM), digital mapping, and ICAO-compliant data production.

This training is designed to strengthen CAAP’s institutional capacity in transitioning to ICAO-compliant digital aeronautical data management, which is a critical requirement for aviation safety, modernization, and future ICAO audits.
This milestone marks a significant step for the Authority’s

Aeronautical Information Service’s (AIS) evolution from paper-based systems to a cutting-edge digital AIM service provider, ensuring the Philippines remains at the forefront of global aviation standards.
The future of Philippine aviation is digital!
