A total of 573 applicants took the qualifying exams for the Aeronautical Information Service Comprehensive Course (AISCC-01) today, 19 July 2025 at designated testing centers in Manila, Cebu, and Davao.

The AISCC was launched to recruit and train future aviation professionals who will become part of the Aeronautical Information Service (AIS) and will be responsible for overseeing and managing quality-assured aeronautical data and information covering the entire Philippine territory.
Aside from today’s exam, passers will go through an interview and medical exam before being fully admitted as AISCC trainee. The four-month training will then be held at the Civil Aviation Training Center (CATC) in Pasay City from September to December 2025.
The initiative is part of CAAP’s efforts to support the International Civil Aviation Organization’s (ICAO) strategic priority of attracting new talents as part of Next Generation of Aviation Professionals (NGAP) program as well as the Marcos administration’s goal of social development, ensuring that the government is working to bring opportunities to Filipinos.
