The ANSS-HRD Project provides for training courses for Air Navigation Systems Specialists (ANSS) in order to produce a sufficient number of
qualified and competent personnel who will operate, maintain and properly manage the facilities of air traffic communications, navigation, and surveillance (CNS).
This is in recognition that human factors and training are essential for the safety, efficiency, and regularity of air transport.
