| Royalty Fee |
|
|
A royalty fee shall be imposed on any person, firm or corporation selling or delivering directly or indirectly aviation fuel, oil, grease, or lubricant to any aircraft at the airport, for the use thereof. This royalty fee shall be as follows:

| Pipeline Right-Of-Way Charges |
|
|
A charge for pipeline right-of-way through the pipeline trench shall be P 200.00 per month per pipeline at each hydrant pit in addition to the fees imposed in Royalty Fee. Pipeline right-of-way charges shall be incorporated n the contract for pipeline right-of-way.
