| Landing Fees for International Flights at Alternate International Airports |
- Landing fee shall be P100.00 per 1,000 kgs. gross weight or fraction thereof up to 160,000 kgs. and P80.00 for every 1,000 kgs. or fraction thereof in excess of 160,000 kgs.

| Landing Fees for Domestic Flights at Alternate International Airports |
- Landing Fee for domestic flights at alternate international airports shall be P70.00 per 1,000 kgs. gross weight or a fraction thereof up to 160,000 kgs. and P50.00 for every 1,000 kgs. or a fraction thereof in excess of 160,000 kgs.

| Landing Fees for Domestic Flight at other National Airports |
- Landing fee for domestic flights at other national airports hereunder prescribed shall cover landing and take-off as follows:
- For airports with Portland Cement concrete paved runway: The charges shall be P55.00 per 1,000 kgs.
- For airports with asphaltic concrete mcadam paved runway: The charges shall be P45.00 per 1,000 kgs.

| Night Landing Fees |
- At airports with night landing facilities an additional charge of fifteen percent (15%) of the corresponding charges prescribed under the preceding section hereof, shall be imposed on all commercial aircraft's landing and taking-off between 6:00pm to 6:00am (local time). This additional charge shall be reduced to ten percent (10%) if:
- The landing was made before nighttime and the subsequent take-off was made during nighttime; or
- The landing was made before nighttime and the subsequent take-off was made during daylight hours.
