What documents do I need to apply for a height clearance permit?
The following lists are the required documents for an application of height clearance:

I. Vicinity / Location Plan.
    If the proposed site is within the 1 km. radius of an airport, include:

  • the airport location with respect to the site;
  • the perpendicular distance of the site to the runway centerline or extended runway centerline;
  • the distance of the site and the nearest point in the runway centerline / nearest end of the runway pavement;
  • this must be signed and dry-sealed by a Geodetic Engineer
II. Elevation Plan.
  • Complete details of elevations of structures, proposed and/or existing.
III.Certification of Geographical Coordinates and True Ground Elevation of the proposed site, signed and sealed by a Geodetic Engineer if the proposed site is beyond the 1-km radius of an airport..
  • avoid clerical errors
  • follow specific requirement as stated
  • signify correct geographical coordinates and true ground elevation and its basis
IV. Payment of filing fee.
