- What are the requirements or documents needed in applying concession in an airport?
An APPLICATION FOR CONCESSION form must be properly filled-up together with the following documents:
- Letter of Intent
- Endorsement/Recommendation by the Area and Airport Manager/OIC
- Location/Sketch plan indicating the actual measurement applied for with the concurrence of the Airport Manager or Area Manager or Officer-In-Charge of the Airport.
- Certification from the Airport Manager that no outstanding delinquent account due to CAAP.
- A Mayor's Permit.
- Building and Height Clearance Permit, if applicable.
- Architectural plans for new structures.
- Latest Community Certificate No. of the Concessionaire or Authorized Representative
- To whom shall we address the Letter of Intent?
The letter should be addressed to the Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines thru the Chief of the Airport Maintenance Section.
- How much is the rental fee?
The fee is based on the airport / land classification and where it is located.

- What is the duration of the contract?
The duration of the contract will depend on the cost of the structure.
- What is the processing time for a given application for concession?
If the documents are complete, it will take two (2) weeks processing.
