Search Air Traffic Incidents
Available for: Registered Users, System Users


Applicants may edit the details of their OHRs as long as ATO has not touched their application. Only users who has successfully registered can make changes on the report they filed and they must have the Reference Number issued to them by the system on hand.

To update/edit their filed report, click on the ATO Reporting System link from the ATO Website homepage and Login using your designated user name and password. Click on Air Traffic Incident Report from the sidebar menu and select Edit Air Traffic Incidet Report. Enter the Reference Number of the application in the Reference Number field on the Search By Reference Number page. Click the Search By Ref. No. button or press Enter. The Air Traffic Incident Report page will appear displaying the OHR report the user has filed previously.

Click on the Close Window button to close the page and return to the ATORS home page.

Updating Captain's Report - The Captain's Report with the Reference Number entered will be displayed and is available for editing.

Printing Captain's Report - The Captain's Report form with all the entered information can be printed anytime by the applicant by clicking the Print Application Form button at the last page of the report.
