Available for: Pilots Filing Captain's Report (OHRs) , ATS System Users

The ATO Reporting System (ATORS) allows individuals to use any PC with Internet access to initiate, track and manage the Captain's Report (OHRs) they filed through a password-protected account. ATORS frees the user from having to fill out and mail paper reports, and gives them secure, online access to their documents.

Before using the ATORS System, the applicant must first register to receive a system generated username and password.

Click the ATO Reporting System link from the ATO Website home page. Click the Air Traffic Incident Report menu item from the list in the sidebar menu, then select Register. Browse to the bottom of the Terms and Condition page and click on the I accept these conditions button if you agree to the terms and conditions specified. Click the I do not accept these conditions button if you choose otherwise and cancel your application. Enter the information for the registration. Click Next after filling up all required fields.
