The Air Transportation Office (ATO) makes it simple and convenient to file a complaint. The ATO Reporting System allows individual both from the aviation industry and people from non-aviation industry to file their grievances online.With the system in place, the time to lodge a complain and for the ATO to reply to these needs will be minimized.
The online complaint system is used for informal complaints between consumers and ATO umbrella organizations. If we believe there may be a violation or potential violation of a statute, ATO regulation, rule or order, your complaint will be referred to the ATO authority, or local agency responsible for investigating, prosecuting, enforcing or implementing the statute, rule, regulation, or order.
To file a complaint online, click the ATO Reporting System link from the ATO Website home page. Click the Complaint Processing menu item from the list in the sidebar menu. Select Process New Complaint. Click Next after filling up all required fields.

If you need to correct the data you entered in the previous page, click on the < Back button to edit the details. If all information entered is correct, click the Next button. The system will then present you with a confirmation page. We recommend printing this page for your records as you will need to use the Reference Number supplied to follow-up on your lodged complaint.

Once you have completed the application, click on the Close Window button. The system will then return you to the ATORS Login page.
