ATORS System Users may view a report listing a summary of pilots who has applied for registration. The designated ATO personnel may then approve or reject a registration using this page.

To view the listing, click on the ATO Reporting System link from the ATO Website homepage and Login using your designated user name and password. Click on Air Traffic Incident Report from the sidebar menu and select List Unregistered Pilots. A listing of pilots who has applied for registration online would appear with the system generated userid.

After proper validation of the detailed information from the registration, ATO may approve or reject the registration.

Approving - Click the Approve button. A password will be generated by the system which will be sent to the email entered on the registration.

Rejecting - Click the Reject button. An email will be sent to the applicant with a message specifying that his/her registration was rejected.

Click on the Close Window button to close the page and return to the ATORS home page.
