All applicants who wants to know the status of an application can view the Application Status page.

To view the Application status page, click on the Airmen Licensing System link from the ATO Website homepage and Login using your designated user name and password. Click on Services from the sidebar menu and select View Application Status. Enter the Reference Number of the application in the Reference Number field on the Search for Application to Update page. Click the Search By Ref. No. button or press Enter. The View Application Status page will appear displaying the basic details of your application.

Click on the Close Window button to close the page and return to the ALS home page.

Clicking the Expand (+) button will show more details of the applicant.

Buttons for different actions will appear depending on the status of your application and access level for the user. An applicant can still Edit an application if ATO has not touched his/her application. An application opened by ATO will be automatically set as PENDING and will remove the applicant's right to Edit the document. ATO personnel however may view the document anytime.
