Applicants may edit the details of their application as long as ATO has not touched their application. Only applicants who has successfully registered can file for an application and they must have the Reference Number issued to them by the system on hand.
To update/edit an application, click on the Airmen Licensing System link from the ATO Website homepage and Login using your designated user name and password. Click on Services from the sidebar menu and select View Application Status. Enter the Reference Number of the application in the Reference Number field on the Search for Application to Update page. Click the Search By Ref. No. button or press Enter. The View Application Status page will appear displaying the basic details of your application.
Click on the Close Window button to close the page and return to the ALS home page.

Users can also search for their application by entering the Last Name and First Name information in the Search By Name designated fiels. They can also use their existing license number to search for an existing application (e.g. Renewals).
Update Application - The application can be updated by clicking the Update Application Info button.
Print Application - The application form with all the entered information can be printed anytime by the applicant by clicking the Print Application Form button.
