| Available for: All Applicants, All System Users |
Applicants must have completed the registration to continue with the online application. To file a new application online, click on the Airmen Licensing System link from the ATO Website homepage and Login using your designated user name and password. Select Process Application from the sidebar menu, then click on Original Application, then select the type of application.
Most of the information for the first page of the application will be filled-out automatically by the system based on the information the applicant entered during the registration. Enter the details according to the fields shown.
Click the Next > button once all entries on the page are filled out. A prompt would appear whenever a field is required asking you to supply an entry. The last page of the online application process is the confirmation page where the Reference Number is issued by the system. You may print this page to save a copy of your application. You will use the above number for all your transactions with your application including tracking and follow-ups.
Click on the Cancel button to cancel the application at any time and return to the ALS home page.
| You may leave entries as blank if you don't have any information available. You may also use N/A on text fields requiring entry.
